On 9 November 1980, Lionel and Marg Walsh opened the doors of  Walsh Accounting  with the dream of building a stronger future for their growing family. The firm has since enjoyed steady growth to achieve its goal of becoming  Small Business and Community Accountants. On the journey  Walsh Accounting  has developed a large external and internal audit practice, serving company, local authority, clubs, associations and not for profits over a wide area of Queensland. The firm has grown from a sole practitioner business to a regional firm employing ten people and servicing clients all over Queensland. The growth of Walsh Accounting can be attributed to one thing – quality. Over many years we have developed our staff, systems and technology to ensure we are able to provide the same high level of service to all clients, however big or small.
